WStatus ("we", "us", "our") operates the wstatus.in platform, including the dashboard, public storefronts, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using WStatus, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account details such as your phone number (used for OTP login), name, and profile information you choose to provide.
Business information including business name, category, subdomain, website template, branding, and subscription status.
Listing data such as titles, descriptions, prices, photos, and custom field values you publish through the platform.
Usage data including pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
Payment-related metadata when you subscribe (plan, billing period, transaction references). Card and UPI details are processed by our payment provider—we do not store full payment credentials on our servers.

How we use your information

Provide, operate, and improve the WStatus dashboard, public storefronts, and listing management features.
Authenticate you via OTP, maintain secure sessions, and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
Process subscriptions, free trials, invoices, and payment confirmations through integrated payment providers.
Send service-related messages such as OTP codes, trial reminders, subscription notices, and security alerts.
Analyze aggregated usage to improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.

Public listings & storefronts

When you publish a business or listing, the information you mark as public may be visible to anyone visiting your subdomain (for example, my-home.wstatus.in).
You control what you publish. Do not include sensitive personal data in public listings unless you intend for it to be visible.
Search engines may index public storefront pages depending on your settings and standard web crawling behavior.

Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
If you delete a listing or business, associated data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
Billing and transaction records may be kept longer where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), JWT-based authentication, and access controls on dashboard routes.
OTP codes are time-limited and intended for one-time verification.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a phone number you control and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices & rights

Access and update profile, business, and listing information from your dashboard at any time.
Request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting info@inficrux.com.
Opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honor valid requests in line with those laws.

Essential cookies are required for authentication and core functionality.
